Stakeholder Pension
- A stakeholder pension scheme is a scheme that is registered as such with the Pensions Regulator and which fulfils certain criteria
- With effect from 1 October 2012 employers are no longer required to designate and provide access to a stakeholder pension scheme
- Transitional provisions apply to existing stakeholder pension schemes
