Stevenson v J M Skinner & Co - Employer is not obliged to provide written copy of risk assessment to employee [2008] EAT

The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 SI 1999/3242 require an employer to undertake a risk assessment in respect of a female employee once she has notified him that she is pregnant. Case-law has established that a failure to comply with the Regulations in these circumstances amounts to sex discrimination.
