Stroud Rugby Football Club v Monkman - ET entitled to assess loss on basis of employee being able to secure job share with her employer

An ET is entitled to assess the chances of the employee gaining other work/ job share with the employer when calculating compensation

This is an appeal in connection with a judgment that Ms Monkman, who had worked behind the bar for 25 years, had been unfairly dismissed by Stroud Rugby FC. As a result compensation was awarded against the Club and this appeal is against aspects of that award of compensation.
