Thomatheram v Leicester City Council and ors - Sex discrimination against male employee [2006] EAT
The Employment Appeal Tribunal allowed Mr Thomatheram's appeal against a tribunals finding that he had not been discriminated against on the grounds of sex and/or race. The case was remitted for rehearing by a different tribunal as the original tribunal had failed to make findings of fact to support its decision that there had been no discrimination in the recruitment process used by Leicester CC.
