Thornton Print Ltd v Morton - Statutory grievance need not cover the trigger which leads to acceptance by employee of employer's repudiatory breach of contract [2008] EAT

Mr Morton won his claim of constructive unfair dismissal, but on appeal his ex-employers Thornton Print argued, as they had throughout, that the employment tribunal had no jurisdiction to hear his claim since he had not complied with the statutory grievance procedures relating to grievances.
