United Grand Lodge of England v Daley - tribunal must consider procedural and contributory fault issues when deciding dismissal was unfair - EAT 24.8.07

Mr Daley was dismissed by United Grand Lodge (UGL) for submitting inflated overtime claims. An employment tribunal held that the dismissal was unfair and UGL appealed.
