University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust v Williams - "reasonably practicable" and "such further period as is reasonable" are not the same

In an unfair dismissal claim, time will only be extended where it was "not reasonably practicable" to submit the claim in the first three months and it was submitted "within such further period as was reasonable". The second limb does not impose such a stringent requirement as the first.
