Admissibility of evidence: Application to adduce recordings in evidence should be focused and supported by transcripts

In support of a discrimination claim Ms Vaughan sought permission to adduce in evidence 39 hours' worth of covert recordings, using a dictaphone, which she had made of contacts between herself and her managers or colleagues, which she claimed were relevant to her claim. The Employment Judge refused the application.
