Walker v Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Trust - Costs order set aside [2008] EAT

Mr Walker lost a tribunal case he had brought against the trust. He had claimed unfair constructive dismissal, disability discrimination and harassment, post-termination discrimination and breach of contract. Not only did he lose but he was ordered to pay costs totalling £2,700 because of his unreasonable conduct.
