Wandsworth NHS Primary Care Trust v Obonyo - Further reasons requested from ET using Barke v Seetec/Burns procedure EAT

Mrs Obonyo, brought claims of racial discrimination, victimisation, racial harassment, constructive unfair dismissal, unlawful deductions from wages and breach of contract against the Wandsworth Primary Care Trust. She won most of her claims and the employer appealed. The EAT has now asked the original Tribunal to provide further reasons for its decision before finally determining this appeal.
