Wolff v Kingston upon Hull City Council & anor - Costs payable by winning party [2007] EAT
The Hull employment tribunal ordered Mr Wolff to pay costs of £1,721 notwithstanding that he had won his claim of constructive unfair dismissed. The reason was that he unreasonably persisted in demanding re-engagement.
