Our law cards on Shared Parental Leave are drafted by Barrister Lucy Boyle. She has an in-depth understanding of the complex scheme, having advised the Government on the legal effects of its policy, provided feedback on the main regulations and drafted the Curtailment Regulations. 

Following consultation, HM Stationery Office has just published the draft NMW Regulations 2015 which will repeal and re-enact the previous Regulations and amendments. The new Regulations will come into force on 6 April 2015.
