Amendments to the Acas Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures come into force from 11/3/15 .The changes relate specifically to the right to be accompanied as covered in paragraphs 14-16 and 36-38 of the Code and follow on from the judgement in Toal & Anor v GB Oils Ltd [2013] UKEAT.
