Muschett v HM Prison Service - a claimant had no "contract of service" nor "contract for services"

it may be possible for a temporary agency worker to be in a positioin where he does not have either an employment contract ("service contract") nor a contract personally to execute any work or labour ("contract for services") for either the end user or the agency and thus be unable to bring either an unfair dismissal or a discrimination claim against either of them.
