Rubino v Ministero dell'Universite della Ricerca - Directive 2005/36/EC does not apply to selection and recruitment procedures
Directive 2005/36/EC provides general systems for recognising qualifications from another EU state; it does not apply to recruitment and selection procedures. The fact that access to a profession is restricted to a set number of candidates, who are successful in a recruitment selection process, does not make that profession a "regulated profession".
