Parviainen v Finnair Oyj - Pregnant Workers Directive does not preserve salary on transfer to a safer post

The Pregnant Workers Directive does not require that a pregnant employee who has been temporarily transferred to a different post on health & safety grounds be paid the same as she received prior to such transfer.
