Hassan v Sandwell & West Birmingham Hospital NHS Trust - references for former employee - QBD 29.9.06

Mr Hassan claimed £2m from the NHS trust, his former employer, on the basis that references they provided were inaccurate and racially motivated. He claimed that he had not worked since August 1997 because of the inaccurate and untrue references. The High Court has dismissed his claim as he failed to produce credible evidence that the references were untrue or inaccurate
