Khan & King v Home Office - permission to appeal - Court of Appeal 24.10.07

The Court of Appeal has given Ms Khan and Ms King, interpreters with the Home Office, permission to appeal on a wide ranging number of issues in this case. An interesting measure of the likely complexities is that Wall LJ directed that "certainly one, and preferably two of the members of the constitution should have EAT experience".
