Beasley v National Grid - extension of time limits - Court of Appeal on 11.2.08

In August 2007 the EAT upheld a tribunal's decision not to accept an unfair dismissal claim by a Mr Beasley because it was presented 88 seconds late. His initial application for permission to appeal was turned down by a single Court of Appeal judge (Pill LJ).

Mr Beasley renewed his application and a different judge (Wall LJ) has decided that the application should be heard by a full Court of 3 judges with at least 2 of them having EAT experience.
