USA: One Anti-Gay Comment Can Create Hostile Workplace - New Jersey Law Journal 15.8.08

A New Jersey appeals court has ruled that calling an employee a "stupid fag" just once is ground for a prima facie case of hostile workplace discrimination based on sexual orientation. The case (and full judgment) is Kwiatowski v Merrill Lynch and Theresa Wonder, Docket A-2270-06TI.
