DWP v Doyle - calculation of earnings when assessing social security claim - CA on 27.4.06

The Court of Appeal holds that calculation of earnings for deciding whether a person earns too much to be entitled to incapacity benefit must be done on the averaging basis set out in the Social Security Benefit (Computation of Earnings) Regulations 1996, SI 1996/2745.
