Coleman v Attrridge Law - ECJ reference re Disability Law - Croydon Tribunal 12.7.06

A Ms Coleman (who is not disabled) has brought a claim of constructive disimissal and disability discrimination against her ex-employers on the grounds that she had been discriminated against because of her son's disability. It is clear that under UK law she cannot win a disability claim under the DDA as she is not disabled.
