Urquhart v Fife Primary Care NHS Trust - Manual Handling Regulations - Court of Session 9.1.07

Mrs Urquhart was employed by the Trust as a nurse. She fell and injured her knee when she and another nursing auxiliary were attempting to manoeuvre a dependent elderly patient. She won a claim for damages for personal injuries based on breach of the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 SI 1992/2793.
