O'Halloran v Ciba Speciality Chemicals Plc - personal injury - Court of Session 2.2.07

Ms Dinna O'Halloran had worked as an electrician employed by CIBA since she was 16. She resigned after 14 years in her job and complained that she suffered injury to her neck, shoulders and back as a result of work allocated to her during her employment. She claimed £800,000. She has won in respect of a small part of her claims only and has been awarded damages of £1,500 + interest.
