Chan & anor v Southmead Health Services NHS Trust & anor - Part timers claims re eligibility for membership of NHS pension scheme struck out - ET 5.3.07

The claims of two ladies that they were unlawfully excluded from membership of the NHS Pension scheme have been struck out by an employment tribunal at Nottingham on grounds that they have no reasonable prospect of success. Both were part timers and were representative of "a small number of claimants within the overall part-time work pension litigation" (ie Preston & ors v Wolverhampton Healthcare NHS Trust & ors No 3).
