Abdul Rehman v Secretary of State - Social Security and Child Support Commissioners' Decisions 23.3.07

Mr Rehman claimed that he was entitled to income support notwithstanding that he had capital in excess of £8,000 (a house he owned which was not his residence and which he claimed he owned as trustee for his son although there was no trust document). The claim has been dismissed.
