Atabo v Kings College London & Ors - burden of proof in discrimination cases - Court of Appeal 19.4.07

The Court of Appeal has refused Ms Atabo's application for permission to appeal against an EAT ruling. The EAT had confirmed a decision of the London South employment tribunal dismissing claims of sex / race discrimination, sexual harassment, victimisation and breach of contract she had brought against Kings College London and three of her former colleagues there. The College had terminated her position as a "Legal Compliance Assistant" on expiry of a 6 month probationary period.
