Hanna v. Imperial Life Assurance Company of Canada (The Bahamas) - employee not self-employed insurance agent - Privy Council 2.5.07

The Privy Council has ruled that a Mr Hanna was an employee of the Imperial Life Assurance Company of Canada, and therefore entitled to notice of termination of an employment contract in accordance with the laws of the Bahamas, and not a self employed agent.
