CIS/4156/2006 - "living together" appeal - Social Security and Child Support Commissioners' Decisions 11.5.07

This case considers what should be taken into account in deciding whether two unmarried people are to be treated as living together as husband and wife with the result that the earnings of one should be taken into account in considering whether the other is entitled to certain social security benefits. No final decision was made in the case which was sent back for rehearing by the Derby Appeal Tribunal.
