Social Security and Child Support Commissioners' Decisions - widower claiming widow's benefit - CG/2488/2006 - 21.5.07

A Norwich social security appeal tribunal ruled that a Mr W was not entitled to widow's benefit on the basis that there is an absolute time limit of three months from the death in which claims may be made for widow's benefits - and he was too late.
