CIB/920/2007 - weekly earnings can be averaged - Social Security and Child Support Commissioners' Decisions 17.7.07

This was a case where a man in receipt of incapacity benefit had been working more hours than that permitted for "therapeutic work". The Social Security Commissioner confirmed that when calculating his weekly earnings the provisions for averaging them, under the Social Security Benefit (Computation of Earnings) Regulations 1996, applied.
