Regent Security Services v Power - Employees can, but employers cannot, enforce new terms of employment agreed on a TUPE transfer [2007] EWCA

Mr Power's employment was transferred to Regent under a TUPE transfer. A change in his terms of employment, which he agreed, was that he would now retire at 65, not 60. Nevertheless Regent dismissed him on his 60th Birthday. Mr Power claimed unfair dismissal.
