Walker v Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons - strike-off was disproportionately severe sanction - Privy Council 21.11.07

The Privy Council hears appeals from the RCVS Disciplinary Committee. The Committee struck off Dr Walker because he had "pre-dated" two horse vaccination "passports" - its most severe sanction. The Privy Council allowed his appeal, holding that the sanction was disproportionately severe and instead substituting 6 months' suspension.
