HSBC gay banker case back in court - Pink News 5.1.08

The latest stage of this long-running saga has started at Stratford East Employment Tribunal. Following appeals by both Peter Lewis and HSBC to the Employment Appeal Tribunal Peter Lewis lost his earlier complaint that HSBC dismissed him due to his sexuality after a disciplinary hearing found him guilty of gross misconduct. A fresh hearing was ordered, and the tribunal held that there was no discrimination in the initial investigation.
