Another of the numerous cases before the ECtHR where the court confirms that the UK Government's pre-2000 practice of refusing to pay Widowed Mother's Allowance (WMA) and Widow's Bereavement Allowance (WBA) to a man breached ECHR Art 14in that the policy was discriminatory on grounds of sex.
