Centrewest London Buses v Ukachukwu - Court should hear full appeal on case involving suspension of employee for racial abuse - Court of Appeal 10.4.08

Mr Okachukwu, a bus driver, was dismissed after an "incident" at the bus depot. He succeeded in claims of unfair dismissal and race discrimination. Centrewest appealed. The EAT's decision was that it upheld the finding of unfair dismissal but found that there was no discrimination. Mr Ukachukwu now appealed against that decision on discrimination.
