Kahn v Dunlop Haywards (DHL) Ltd - bonus payments claim allowed - QBD 15.11.07

Mr Kahn claimed he was entitled to substantial bonuses under the terms of an agreement under which he did work for DHL. The High Court found in favour of Mr Kahn that he was entitled to the bonuses he claimed. The case turned on construction of the documents involved, in particular an e-mail and so has little general relevance and is noted here only for possible reference by practitioners who may have clients with similar claims.
