Cunningham v BMS Sales Ltd - Irish Equality Tribunal 1.2.07
Mr Cunningham applied for a job. The application form required him to complete "age related" questions, including specifically stating his date of birth. He didn't answer that question and said he was 37 whereas he was really 47. He did well at interview. Later, when questioned, he refused to discuss his age.
