Danosa v LKB - non-employee member of Board of Directors was "worker" within Pregnant Workers Directive

A member of a Board of Directors can be a "worker" within the meaning of the Pregnant Worker's Directive (92/85/EC) and thus be protected against dismissal from her post on grounds of pregnancy - regardless of whether national law considers her to be an employee or not.
