Requirement that employees from Accession states require work permit before being employed in Netherlands does not infringe EU laws on freedom of movement and posting of workers.

Yet another case arising from the concession that Member States could impose limitations on the movement into them of people from the so-called "Accession States" who joined the EU inĀ 2003.
