Brink's Global Services Inc and Ors v Igrox Ltd and Anor - employer's vicarious liability for an employee's criminal act

An employer can be held to be vicariously liable for an unauthorised criminal act committed by one of its employees:  the test of whether an act is carried out "in the course of employment" is a flexible one that requires consideration of all the circumstances in which the wrongful act was committed.
