Miles & Others v European Schools - reasons why the European Schools' Complaints Body can refer question of pay discrimination to CJEC

Salary system of the European Schools, by relying on a euro exchange rate set yearly and incapable of interim review to allow for fluctuating exchange rates, discriminates against teachers coming from Member States outside the euro-zone. This could be determined because the Schools' Complaints Body was entitled to refer questions on this to the CJEC.
