Vlaamse Gemeenschap v Baesen - social security provisions for migrant EU workers

If the contract of employment of an EU migrant worker provides that he is subject to some, but not all, of the special social security provisions for civil servants in the Member State where his employer is based, he may be regarded as subject to the social security legislation of only that Member State.
