Kelly v National University of Ireland - reverse burden of proof creates no entitlement to disclosure

European law requirements on the so-called "reverse burden of proof" in discrimination cases do not, in themselves, provide some form of entitlement for a claimant to obtain from a respondent information necessary for the claimant to make out the initial facts required to cause the shift in the burden of proof onto the respondent.
