Hunt & Miller v United Kingdom - military investigations into alleged homosexuality may have breached ECHR right to privacy - ECtHR 21.10.08

Hunt & Miller both served in the Royal Navy. They were investigated as suspected of being homosexual. Eventually both resigned, saying that the manner of the investigations, coupled with the bullying and harassment suffered because colleagues were aware of what was going on, meant that life in the RN became unbearable.
