Kaczmarek v Secretary of State for Work & Pensions - no EU Treaty entitlement to income support

Ms Kaczmarek came from Poland (at the material time an EEA country) and entered and remained in the UK lawfully. She was a student and then employed, but became economically inactive and incapable of supporting herself. She claimed income support but was held to be ineligible, because she lacked the "right to reside" in the UK.
