Leeks v St Georges Heathcare NHS Trust - DDA claimant can be required to disclose medical condition

In a claim for disability discrimination, in order that the respondent and the tribunal can properly and fairly assess whether the claimant suffers a disability, it is appropriate for a tribunal to order that details of the actual medical condition be disclosed. Providing only evidence of the effect of the medical condition, without disclosing it, is not sufficient.
