Seldon v Clarkson Wright and Jakes - Supreme Court to commence hearing case on compulsory retirement justification
Five judges of the Supreme Court, will commence a three-day hearing on 17 January 2012 to consider Mr Seldon's appeal against lower court rulings that his required retirement from the law partnership in which he worked could be justified.
