Radakovits v Abbey National Plc - tribunals are not obliged to actively look for every potential ground to refuse jurisdiction

Although a tribunal cannot exercise jurisdiction by concession, and must guard against exercising a jurisdiction when the statutory conditions are not met, they are not "bloodhounds who have to sniff out potential grounds on which jurisdiction can be refused".
