Corporate Manslaughter trial adjourned (again) until "around October 2010"

Cotswold Geotechnical Holdings Ltd is facing a charge under the Corporate Manslaughter Act 2007 following the death of Alexander Wright, one of the firm’s geologists. He was killed in September 2008 when a pit from which he was taking trial soil samples collapsed on top of him. This is the first prosecution of a company under the Act.
